Due to the increased number of COVID-19 cases, TCT will have reduced office hours of 10 am to 2 pm Monday-Thursday beginning Thursday, October 15th for the safety of our guests and employees. June 1, 2020

Beginning June 1, 2020, TCT office lobbies are now open with limited hours. Office lobbies are open from 10am to 2pm Monday through Thursday. Only 4 guests will be allowed in the lobby at a time and we ask that everyone follow all social distancing guidelines. April 14, 2020

TCT continues to serve our community every day. As of today, we have now donated more that $93,000 in equipment, installation, labor, and credits to connect 127 students and at-home workers since March 16, 2020. These households will now have the internet they need to participate in distance learning and working. We are happy to play a part in helping our community through these difficult transitions.

 


 

April 7, 2020

To give local healthcare facilities better access to high speed internet during the current coronavirus pandemic, TCT donated additional bandwidth to more than 12 facilities and their various offices and locations. Thank you to all those healthcare workers who continue to work hard each day to keep us all safe and healthy! 

 


 

April 6, 2020

We recognize that many members of our communities are facing new challenges as we navigate working from home and teacher-led online learning. We are all looking for ways that we can serve during this time. Our focus has always been to provide reliable internet service, and this has become an incredible need we’re working hard to meet. Since March 16, 2020, TCT has donated services to 86 students and work-from-home customers, allowing them to successfully participate in distance learning and working. We’ve worked with school districts in several counties to identify those in need of internet service. TCT has donated labor, equipment, and two months of free service to ensure students can be connected through the school year. We are proud to serve our communities through these challenges.

  


 

March 24, 2020

In light of COVID-19 and the disruptions and challenges presented to students and schools, TCT has extended the scholarship application deadline until Friday, May 1, 2020. We hope students will take this time to apply for one of the 15 scholarships being awarded for the next academic year for students attending Northwest College.

Currently TCT's priority is to get needed internet service to local students and those transitioning to working from their homes. With COVID-19 leading to local schools going to an online learning environment and many employees trasitioning to working from their homes, we are seeing an influx of people that need the internet services to make this possible. We are focused on getting service to everyone that needs it in this challenging time. We hope you'll be patient with us as we work to help all our customers in a timely manner.

To help keep our customers and employees safe, as our technicians are out installing services, please let us know if someone in your household is feeling ill. We can then make necessary arrangements to do the install safely.

Thank you for being a valued TCT customer. The health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities are our top priority during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our goal is to continue to provide you with reliable services during the current challenges we face. In light of the school closures and the transition of many people to working from home, we are experiencing a high demand for Internet installs. We are currently doing our best to accommodate these requests and to ensure that people have the services they need to get them through this crisis. 

TCT will continue to monitor CDC recommendations and make necessary adjustments as needed to ensure the continued health and safety of customers and employees. We will keep you updated on any additional adjustments needed.
